Its focal point being the merging of a lifestyle magazine and a ‘talent insert’ placed centrally within the magazine. This will be used as an inventory with synopsis and brief outlines of new talent in the fields of Fashion/Film/Music and Art. The inventory will be used by figures within creative sectors as a reference to gauge the significance and potential of new talent.
The Talent Magazine will interview established figures within the industry offering their wealth of knowledge in their individual fields to up-coming talent.
The Talent Magazine is also a platform for unsigned talent that is searching for a forum to illustrate their wares as well as assessing the competitive landscape. Whilst there will only be brief outlines of new talent within this section, certain individuals will be selected to be represented in the main body of the magazine in the form of photo shoots or spreads of creative output. The main section itself will be an amalgamation of trends, reviews and products.
In addition there will be more detailed essays on social issues as well as prose. In the long term, we are aiming to include the general public in the creative process through an interactive format of contributions. In doing this we are aiming to give the reader a format that is all encompassing and representative of modern times.
